はじめまして。五良会クリニック白金高輪 理事長の五藤良将です。

私は防衛医科大学校を卒業後、自衛隊中央病院をはじめとする基幹病院で、内科・糖尿病・救急など幅広い分野の臨床経験を積んでまいりました。自衛隊医官時代には、24時間体制の緊急対応や災害医療の現場で「患者さんの命と向き合う覚悟」を叩き込まれました。この経験が、今の私の診療の原点です。

現在は田園調布・センター南・白金高輪の3拠点でクリニックを展開し、0歳のお子さまからご高齢の方まで、ご家族みんなの”かかりつけ医”として日々診療にあたっています。内科全般はもちろん、糖尿病・生活習慣病の管理、舌下免疫療法（花粉症・ダニアレルギー）、各種予防接種、内視鏡検査、さらにはアンチエイジング医療や高濃度ビタミンC点滴まで、患者さんのあらゆる健康上のお悩みにワンストップで対応できる体制を整えています。

「土日・祝日も診療」という方針は、「体調が悪いのに病院が休みで受診できない」という患者さんの声から生まれました。平日はお忙しいビジネスパーソンの方、お子さんの急な発熱に困っている親御さん——いつでも安心して頼れるクリニックを目指して、私自身も休日診療のシフトに積極的に入っています。

当院の名前に込めた「五方よし」——患者よし・職員とその家族よし・取引先よし・地域社会よし・未来よし——は、私の経営理念であると同時に、医師としての信条でもあります。目の前の患者さんだけでなく、そのご家族、スタッフ、地域全体の未来を明るく照らしていきたい。そんな想いで日々の診療に臨んでいます。

Message from the Chairman

Hello, and thank you for visiting our page. I am Yoshimasa Goto, Chairman of Goryokai Clinic Shirokane-Takanawa.

After graduating from the National Defense Medical College, I gained extensive clinical experience in internal medicine, diabetology, and emergency care at leading hospitals, including the Self-Defense Forces Central Hospital. During my years as a military physician, I was trained to face life-and-death situations head-on through round-the-clock emergency response and disaster medicine. That experience remains the foundation of my medical practice today.

I currently operate clinics in three locations — Den-en-chofu, Center-Minami, and Shirokane-Takanawa — serving as a trusted family doctor for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Our services range from general internal medicine, diabetes and lifestyle disease management, sublingual immunotherapy (for hay fever and dust mite allergies), vaccinations, and endoscopy, to anti-aging treatments and high-dose vitamin C infusions. We are committed to providing one-stop care for all of our patients’ health needs.

Our policy of offering medical care on weekends and holidays was born from patients telling us, “I feel unwell, but the clinic is closed.” For busy professionals who cannot visit during weekdays, and for parents worried about a child’s sudden fever — we strive to be a clinic you can always rely on. That is why I personally take on weekend and holiday shifts.

The name “Goryokai” embodies our philosophy of “Five-Way Well-Being” — for patients, for our staff and their families, for our partners, for the local community, and for a brighter future. This is not only our management philosophy but also my personal creed as a physician. I want to bring light to the future — not just for the patients in front of me, but for their families, our staff, and the entire community.

　　高校卒業まで奈良で過ごし、その後、大学進学を機に上京し、日々奮闘を重ねながら現在に至っております。専門は循環器内科、心臓疾患を中心に診療を行っております。日々、さまざまな患者さんと向き合う中で強く感じるのは、「未病」-すなわち病気になる前の段階で予防する意識の大切さです。
心臓の病気は、他の疾患に比べて急な発症が多く、発症後では治療が難しい場合も少なくありません。本人だけでなく、ご家族やご友人にとっても心の準備ができていないまま大きな影響を受けることになります。実際の診療でも、突然の病に戸惑い、困っておられる患者さんやそのご家族に数多く出会ってきました。
だからこそ、「病気を未然に防ぐ」という一次予防の意識をもっと広めていく必要があると考えています。現在の日本では、この一次予防の重要性がまだ十分に浸透しているとは言えません。私はその啓発活動にも力を入れています。
0歳から100歳まで、あらゆる年代の方に高いレベルでの診療を提供できるよう、日々知識のアップデートに努めております。ご本人はもちろん、ご家族の健康についても、どうぞお気軽にご相談ください。
